Artist Space

With members working across distance from the U.S., Canada, and South Korea, Artist Space functions as a cohort of ReconciliAsian, both as a space of similarly minded creatives who gathers to make work collectively and exhibiting a portfolio of individuals who brings their unique and diversity of medium to this group. We believe art is instrumental in demonstrating the transformative power of self expression and enacting on social change, peace-building and civic responsibility. As we possess some of humanity’s most powerful tools for communication and connection, we strive to reimagine a world for our shared society by examining our own intersectional complexion of being: female, Asian, artists and people of faith.

This group supports and welcomes a space for these transactions to happen: ideas, dialogues, collaboration, exhibition, peace-making, workshop, symposium, resulting in models of creativity and delivering a varied response.
